Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the Brisbane CBD and surrounding suburbs within a 5km radius, daily. However, we can deliver to other suburbs providing the booking is made in advance. Delivery fees apply.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery fees are calculated on the time and distance required for a return trip. Contact us for your applicable delivery fee.
Do you accept Amex (American Express cards)?
Yes, we accept American express cards with a 1.5% fee.
What are your payment options?
For New Customers – Payment can be made by Direct Debit prior to your catering order, or by supplying your credit card details which will be processed on the day of the catering. A receipt will be emailed to you.
For Approved Customers – Payment can be made by Direct Debit, strictly within 7 days of your catering order, or by supplying your credit card details which will be processed on the day of the catering. A receipt will be emailed to you.
Payment by credit card will attract a 1.5% fee, or Amex card 1.5% fee.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Orders must be received by 2pm to guarantee next day delivery.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, we have a minimum food order of $40.00.
Do you accommodate last minute orders?
We will always do our best to provide for our customers at short notice, but may not be able to supply specific items as we prepare all our food items daily.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes, we provide individually plated and labelled special dietary needs for our customers.
Do you offer corporate catering packages?
Yes, we specialise in the Corporate, Conference and Training sectors, offering both full and half day packages, from 20 people up to 200 people.
Do you provide catering outside of business hours?
Catering deliveries before 6.30 am and after 5.00 pm will attract an additional delivery fee.
Do you provide catering on weekends?
We are able to provide catering on weekends with an additional weekend fee. These must be booked at least 1 week in advance.
What happens if I have to cancel my order?
Orders cancelled on the day of the catering may attract a cancellation fee, as food will have already been purchased, and may already be prepared.
Can I pick up my order from you?
Yes, we are very happy for you to collect your order if you wish to.
